INDIAN RIVER NATURAL HOME DELIVERY – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We ship mail-order peaches during the summer only. Due to their very delicate nature and to ensure the utmost freshness, we select 2-day shipping via UPS and we only ship peaches on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday each week during peach season.

Order Cancellation Policy

Prepaid pre-orders for home delivery must be cancelled 7 business days prior to shipping to be granted a full refund. Cancellation of orders within 7 business days prior to the shipping date will not be eligible for refund. For support email us at customercare@indianrivernatural.com

Returns & Claims

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your peaches or if they are damaged upon arrival, we will replace them. UPS will need to pick up the damaged package for insurance purposes, so you must report the damage within 2 days and save the package.

Indian River Natural guarantees our produce to be fresh upon shipping. We package our peaches carefully, and will ship a replacement upon proper documentation of damage from the carrier. A copy of your order receipt will be required as part of the documentation process.
